#6 Courtly Kitty

Plus play an exacta box w/ #1 Zuzanna

#6 Courtly Kitty likes Belmont Park the best and finally drops in class after facing tougher horses in all three of the most recent races since winning the maiden race right here on the Belmont lawn. Johnny Vleazquez was aboard that win and picks up the mount today with improvement imminent in the second start off the 4 ½-month layoff.

Play in exacta box w/#1 Zuzanna, who has been in the money four in a row at Tampa, including a win, since graduating down there five races ago. The most recent outing was a close third-place finish with a strong speed figure, and a repeat of that race vs. these will make her tough to beat, at least in the exactas.

Race 6

#2 The Crocheron Kid

Needed the last race in the return from a 5 ½-month layoff, and will benefit from that comeback third-place finish in a race where a lot of today’s competition finds themselves in the situation this horse was in last time – needing a race in the return from the sidelines. Good tactical speed, good post, and ready to roll at 12-1 odds on the morning line in the second off the layoff.
