Plus play an exacta box w/#9 Big Score

#6 Arklow pulled off a big upset in an impressive win last time out on the Kentucky Derby undercard, and Mike Smith is back for the mount today for a horse that rates highly in many speed figures. Still improving, now 2-for-2 on the turf, and should sit at least as good or better of a trip here chasing what will be a fast pace behind favored front runners that are likely to KO each other and set the race up for this horse.

Play in exacta box w/#9 Big Score, who is a bargain 20-1 odds on the morning line despite good current form that includes a G3 turf win at Keeneland, and close lose behind Arklow at Churchill and a late-running second last time out in the Penn Mile behind Frostmourne, who would be favored today against this field had he been entered.

Race 11

#9 Big Exchange

Finished third in both turf outings to date, and both were against better fields including last time out when he ran a solid effort with the class drop to this level. Will sit a perfect pressing/stalking trip, and goes out for trainer Brad Cox, whose barn has had a terrific meet here at Belmont on the turf.
