Never recovered from a bad start in a flop last time in the Grade 1 Vosburgh, but perhaps that spot was just too ambitious for this young and up-and-coming sprinter. This Grade 3 race comes up exceptionally tough, too, but he can handle these based on the talent he’s shown early in his career for Todd Pletcher.

Plus play an exacta box w/#2 Therapist

#6 War Chest won like a good thing in career debut last time for McGaughey at this one-mile turf distance, and earned a speed figure that will be tough for any of these rivals to match. Should only get better now in this second lifetime start.

Play in exacta box w/ #2 Therapist, who is already 2-for-2 in his career including a stakes win last time in the Laurel Futurity. Both wins have been at 6F, so the stretch to one mile today in the x-factor, but if anything, this horse should improve with the added distance for turf ace trainer Christophe Clement based on the strong rallying, come from behind nature of both of his wins so far.
