Improved sharply last time in first race off the claim by Diodoro, who cut this horse back in distance to 6 1/2F and settled for second with a good speed figure after leading in the stretch. Improving for the new connections and meets a field today that is ripe for the picking.

Plus play exacta box w/ #7 Forever Dreams

#4 Simona finished second last time out in an effort that looks even better now that the winner in that race has already come back to repeat. Cuts back in distance today from that mile try to 6F today, and the last time she was in a sprint two races ago was another good effort in a key race when third behind a repeat next-out winner. All systems go today.

Play in exacta box with #7 Forever Dreams, who has posted some losses against maiden special weight competition but was competitive in the only race so far at this maiden claiming level two races ago when she finished third in a tough z-pattern trip. Just needs clear sailing to hit the exactas, at least, and is likely to be overlooked for low-profile connections.
