Play in exacta box with #5 All Star Red, who has a legit upset chance based on his best efforts, including a second in last year’s G3 Toboggan and a fourth-place finish, beaten just 3 lengths in last year’s G1 Carter Handicap. Had one return prep race off a long layoff at a tougher level back in January, and now is ready to recapture best form which makes him a must use for the exacta boxes.

Winner of 6 of his last 7 races, the last 5 of which came at today’s 1 1/8-mile distance. Won 6 in a row around 2-turns (the only recent loss was around 1 turn at Belmont in the Empire Classic). Won the G3 Discovery here at Aqueduct and now lands in a logical spot for another Graded Stakes win in the Excelsior. Rolled to an easy win here on March 31 and wheels right back a week later to squeeze another win out of the win machine.
