#5 Hedge Fund is a former Illinois Derby runner-up as a 3-yo and a $300k stakes winner already in current comeback as a 4-yo for trainer Todd Pletcher. Owns good speed but lost all chance last time out when he blew the break in the Grade 1 Oaklawn Handicap. Mike Smith picks up the mount and the horse just needs a decent start to win.
