#3 Ultra Brat exits a toss-out fiasco performance in the Grade 1 Jenny Wiley at Keeneland when she wheeled and was not herself. Fits much better at this Grade 3 class level, and has a recent Grade 3 win in less-than-firm turf three races ago in the Marshua’s River at Gulfstream. Also can win in an off-the-turf scenario on a wet main track.
Play in exacta box with #6 Blessed Silence, who sprang to life last time out when switched from dirt to turf with a wire-to-wire win at Laurel with a good speed figure. Also had a good speed figure three races ago when winning a dirt route race at Tampa wire-to-wire. Don’t overlook versatile Shug McGaughey trainee at 15-1 morning line odds.
