Belmont Stakes winner Tapwrit returns in this race, but unlike that horse, this guy got a return effort in off the layoff last time and should benefit from the last outing in this second race off the layoff. Last year’s G3 Pegasus and G3 Peter Pan winner is no slouch, and catches the favorite at the right time. Very fast, but doesn’t need the lead in order to win.
