races, first with the maiden win two races ago and then with a runner-up finish
last time out when at this n2l level for the first time. Speed figures top
these, and his early speed will come in handy at this shorter 5 1/2F distance.
Tough to catch.
Play in exacta box with #2 Takeoff, who also has been
improved in recent races in terms of speed figures with back-to-back
third-place finishes off the claim by Contessa, including last time out in a
key race. Now drops down a notch in class for an easier test today, and should
be no worse than second based on his good current form.

Really improved strongly last time
out with added blinkers, which seem to have made a big positive difference.
Stumbled at the start last time but came running late and nearly won before
settling for second by a neck. Back at the same level today, and just needs a
decent start to beat these.
