winners entered in this big field owns speed figures that stack up nicely
against this field in turf sprints. Faced very speedy rivals last time in a 5F
turf sprint at Gulfstream, which favors speed in these races, and gained for
second. Now will benefit from this stretch to 6F.

turf sprint queen trainer Linda Rice, who debuted this horse over the winter
and has yet to be able to get her onto the turf until today in four starts to
date. Another of the few multiple winners in the field has won 2 of her 4
lifetime starts, and is versatile from a pace perspective because she can win
on the lead or from a pace pressing position. The win last time out turned out
to be a key race, with both the runner-up and third-place horse both coming
back to win their next starts.

it’s go time with the stretch back out to a turf route. Had some races last
year that stack-up well against this competition in terms of speed figures, and
today’s field did not turn up strong, so this is a good spot for this horse,
and Mott, to pick up a win.
