Dream returned from a 10-month layoff last time out and was better than ever,
stalking the pace versus nw2l claimers and drawing off to a big win with a
speed figure that suggests he could beat better horses at this level. Got
claimed and goes out for Jeremiah Englehart, and should beat these with something
close to a repeat of that last effort.
Play in
exacta box with #2 Victory Boulevard, who is looking for a rebound performance
after a couple of recent dirt losses and a loss before that in the J R Steaks
at Turfway. Before then this horse had won three straight races in strong
fashion over the winter at Aqueduct, and would be very formidable at 6-1
morning line odds if able to regain best form. Blinkers on today, and Eric
Cancel is back aboard this horse for the first time since he rode him to the
three wins in a row.

#5 Sistercharlie
The 2019
champion turf female rattled off 6 consecutive grade 1 wins last year is the
standout of a Chad Brown barn that is loaded with standouts on a national
level. She is the two-time defending champion of this race at Saratoga. Lost to
a couple of these same horses last time out, but she needed that race off a
long layoff for her 2020 debut, and will be at full force for this second race
off a layoff. Many of the horses in this race are good, she’s great.
