good form from all the four recent races. May again prove to be best of the
speeds in this spot, and has a great chance at a repeat all the way up front.

Dustinthewind fits versus this bunch on the turf and is listed at 30-1 odds on
the morning line, so she’s worth a shot at a nice price. The turf tries so far
have been this horse’s best races, including a solid speed figure as a 2yo at
Saratoga and then last time out at Monmouth she was hampered by a tough trip.
Now ready to improve in third race of the form cycle. The horse seems on paper
to be going up in claiming class, but actually this is a lateral move from the
recent races at Monmouth, going from their bottom maiden claiming level on turf
($16k) to the Belmont bottom maiden claiming level on turf ($40k).
Play in
exacta box with #4 Kiss and Run, who owns at least some degree of tactical
speed, which will make her more forwardly placed in this field that lacks any
legitimate pace. Switches to the barn of Asmussen for the first time and takes
the big maiden drop down in class from maiden special weight to maiden
claiming, and will be tough at this level vs. this sub-par field. Tough trip
last time but can do better today and Roasario picks up the mount.
