Returns from
a layoff and lands in a perfect graded stakes spot where he seems to tower over
the field if ready. Has run well before when fresh off layoffs, and the last
two races in the past performances, which were back at the Gulfstream winter
meet, were both big graded stakes efforts in one-turn miles, including a second
in the Gulfstream Mile (G2) and a win in the Hooper Stakes (G3). Working
bullets for this return from the sidelines and looks ready for a big effort at
7F.

#10 Twice a Lady closed for
fourth in career debut last time out and now takes the big maiden drop in class
from maiden special weights in versus maiden claimers for trainer Mike Maker,
who has been hot since the summer and wins with 24% of his class-dropping
maidens. Irad Ortiz picks up the mount. Blinkers on. All systems go.
Play in
exacta box with #9 Memories Eternal, who has had a lot of chances to get the
maiden win, but most of the losses have been in sprints and/or in dirt races.
The recent turf route attempts have been her best races so far, including a
second-place finish three races ago and a third-place finish last time out at
Belmont in an effort that looks even better now that both the winner and
second-place finisher have come back to win their next races. Blinkers on.
