#2 Iron Max

Plus exacta box with #10 Man of Mischief

#2 Iron Max was a first starter that drew a tough inside post in 5 1/2F turf debut and blew any chance he had that day with a bad start. Still ran fourth in a big field, then in his second start last time he chased a wire-to-wire winner and ran a good effort to get within a neck at the finish in second while 17 lengths ahead of the others. Ready for graduation day.

Play in exacta box with #10 Man of Mischief, who chased a wire-to-wire winner who completely controlled the pace all the way and ran a solid second for a trainer that does better second time out. Finished nine lengths clear of third and ran second again last time. Should do no worse than second again today.

Race 12

#10 Six Fortyfive

Drew post 10 in a turf route and lost ground four wide on the first turn when needing a race off a seven-month layoff yet still ran a solid result for second in turf debut two races ago. Had no chance when in too tough in a stakes race last time out but returns to a winnable spot today.
