By: SPORTS NETWORK

Inglewood, CA (Sports Network) - Defending Breeders' Cup Classic winner Zenyatta had a 1 1/2-mile gallop on the main track Tuesday morning at Hollywood Park, The six-year-old mare will try to join Tiznow as the only two- time winners of the $5 million Classic.

The Breeders' Cup will be held at Churchill Downs on November 5 and 6.

Zenyatta's regular exercise rider Steve Willard took the undefeated thoroughbred through the gallop on Hollywood Park's synthetic main track. On Monday the two-time Eclipse Award winner galloped 1 1/2-miles on the Hollywood Park dirt training track with Willard.

"She ain't no kid's horse," said Willard following the Monday gallop.

The six-year-old champion had a five-furlong workout last Thursday with her regular race rider Mike Smith. Trainer John Shirreffs will have Zenyatta's next official workout this Friday morning.

"She wants to do more," said Shirreffs on Monday. "She'll get her chance soon."

Owned by Jerry and Ann Moss, Zenyatta has won all 19 career starts and is North America's all-time richest female thoroughbred with more than $6.4 million in earnings.

Tiznow won the Breeders' Cup Classic in 2000 and 2001.
