#8 Congruity is dropping from maiden special weight to maiden claimers for the first time today, which is a 41% winning move for trainer Chad Brown. Nearly graduated versus better two races ago when second from post 10 at Belmont, and now should step forward enough to graduate with the class drop.

Play in exacta box w/ #7 Cullum Road, who is improving in every race so far in his career and is a dangerous class dropper for George Weaver. Needs to turn the tables on the top pick, but looms clearly the best of the best of the rest of this bunch.
