#1 Alter Moon battled for the lead the whole way in career debut last time out and still held on to run a clear second in a promising first start. Speed figure was best of this bunch and she’s got a great shot to get out front and just keep going wire-to-wire.

Play in exacta box w/ #5 Cheeky Cherub, who lost to a runaway winner last time out in her first career start but finished a good second in a 12-horse field and should do no worse than second this time with another similar effort. Improvement expected in second career outing.

#2 Songeur

Remains in great form and never runs a bad race with 4 wins and a second in his last 5 races including a win last time out against a similar field. Good speed figures and a repeat of either of the last two efforts makes him a winner again today.
