Good recent form and a good effort last time in the first race since the claim by Rudy Rodriguez, finishing second in a tough race in a try that looks even better now that the horse that beat him that day has already come back to beat a very good field in a race here on Thursday. May be overlooked but looks better than the favorites.
Race 7
#3 Turbulence
Plus play exacta box w/#4 Beach Access
#3 Turbulence came back from a long layoff last time and destroyed maidens by 10 lengths at one mile. Now ready for further improvement in the second start off the layoff, and should get his wish as a main track only horses entered in this race in the case of expected heavy rain. Should handle the distance and wet track and be tough to beat vs. these.
Play in exacta box with #4 Beach Access, who has quietly shown improvement in the two recent races and appears to be in best form at present. Has done some good running in the past on wet tracks, including a nice win in the slop last year at Belmont.
