exacta box with #12 Kid Cairo, who did much of the dirty work trying to
keep tabs on a lone speed wire-to-wire winner two races ago in comeback from a
five-month layoff and ended up third. Way too early to give up. Improved the speed figure last time in the
second off the layoff at 1 ½ miles and is well-suited for a good effort here at
1 3/8 miles in the third race of the form cycle.
