Smarty Jones' owner passes away

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Roy Chapman, the owner of Kentucky Derby-winner Smarty Jones, passed away on Friday.
The 79-year-old lost his long battle with emphysema and died at his home in Doylestown, a Philadelphia suburb.
